Regulated Activities: Please note that all regulated activities are provided exclusively by Mattercap Investments (Pty) Ltd, an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP 53672) regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Comply with our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements in accordance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading in digital assets (cryptocurrencies) involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly. You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
• Mattercap does not provide financial advice unless explicitly stated under a specific advisory agreement.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Provide false or misleading information during the onboarding process.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the proper working of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Mattercap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

8. Governing Law
